The project aims to improve the economic situation of women in Assiut and Sohag, and contribute to sustainably increasing their income by equipping them with the necessary management, professional, and technical skills. In addition, the women will be provided microloans, and should be supported through:

• Sharpening the management, professional, and technical skills of 860 women.
• Providing microloans and renewing them regularly for those who repaid them.
• Supporting at least 75% of the women to open bank or postal accounts.
