Providing targeted support to children and youth at risk in Cairo, by achieving the following:

• Providing shelters for medical, social, and psychological emergencies for children and young people at risk.
• Improving services for children and youth at risk, especially girls and young mothers.
• Studying the problems of children in street situation at the legal and community levels.
• Strengthening the roles of civil society and public actors in addressing the exclusion of children in street situation.
