The scholarship was launched to support distinguished students in Upper Egypt to pursue university degrees in the United States, through improving their interpersonal skills and their English language fluency, fully grasping the application requirements of universities, and learning about the culture in the US.is is done through:

• Forming sustainable networks in Upper Egypt to reach the target group.
• Improving the skills of 80 outstanding students, at least half of whom are female, and 5 of them are students with disabilities, in effect qualifying them to study in US universities.
• Teaching advanced levels of English to participants to qualify them to study in the US.
• Providing virtual exchange opportunities for participants and qualifying them to apply to US universities.
