Main Job Purpose:

Own and manage the execution of all HR operational functions across the Foundation while supporting the HR & Administration Director in strategic planning, governance, policy development, and continuous improvement, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal procedures.

  • Ensure all HR operational processes are implemented consistently, accurately, and on time across all sectors.
  • Maintain complete, confidential, and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Translate HR strategic direction into clear operational plans and deliverables.
  • Supervise and guide the HR team in executing HR services and maintaining quality standards.

 

HR Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR administration including personnel files, contracts, renewals, and documentation control.
  • Review, approve, and sign routine HR operational documentation including attendance records, leave forms, and training participation confirmations.
  • Supervise monthly attendance cycles, leave balances, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure HR processes are implemented according to approved policies and procedures.
  • Draft, review, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures and monitor their consistent implementation across all sectors in coordination with the HR & Administration Director.
  • Ensure employee awareness and proper implementation of all HR policies.
  • Monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures, and documentation standards across all sectors.
  • Liaise with governmental entities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, relevant authorities).
  • Support the HR & Administration Director in preparing, documenting, and coordinating disciplinary actions and investigation processes in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

 

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and participate in panel interviews as delegated by the HR & Administration Director.
  • Prepare interview evaluation summaries and recommendations for final approval.
  • Arrange interviews, maintain recruitment documentation, and track hiring progress.
  • Manage onboarding logistics including contracts, insurance registration, and orientation scheduling.
  • Design and administer the SFSD Internship Program, including candidate sourcing, selection coordination, onboarding, supervision follow-up, documentation, and evaluation of intern performance.

 

Performance Management Administration

  • Lead execution of the performance management cycle aligned with the OKR framework.
  • Coordinate objective setting, mid-year, annual reviews, and 360-degree feedback processes.
  • Support Directors and Managers in applying performance standards and evaluation criteria consistently across all sectors.
  • Coordinate performance calibration discussions with sector heads as delegated by the HR & Administration Director.
  • Consolidate and analyze performance and feedback results to identify trends and development needs.
  • Link performance outcomes with training needs and improvement actions.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards for the HR & Administration Director.

 

Training & Development Implementation

  • Lead the annual Training Needs Assessment (TNA) across all sectors in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Consolidate identified competency gaps and training priorities.
  • Execute the approved annual training plan and coordinate with training providers.
  • Maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation reports.
  • Provide periodic reports on training effectiveness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage internal training events, workshops, and development sessions across all sectors.
  • Organize and oversee implementation of employee retreats, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives in coordination with the HR & Administration Director.
  • Manage logistics, vendor coordination, attendance tracking, and post-event evaluation for all learning and engagement activities.
  • Consolidate participant feedback and prepare evaluation reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

 

Employee Services & Benefits

  • Follow up on administration of medical insurance, staff benefits, and employee HR service requests.
  • Ensure timely, accurate response to employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal HR-related activities supporting employee engagement initiatives.

 

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit monthly HR operational reports covering attendance, leave balances, recruitment status, and HR activities.
  • Consolidate and analyze employee feedback, engagement survey results, and HR metrics.
  • Produce quarterly and annual HR performance reports for the HR & Administration Director.
  • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

 

Team Supervision

  • Supervise daily work of HR team and ensure workload distribution.
  • Monitor quality and timeliness of HR service delivery.
  • Support coaching and development of direct reports.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured coaching and development plans for HR team members.

 

Exit Management

  • Conduct structured exit interviews and document findings.
  • Analyze exit trends and provide recommendations to improve retention and work environment.
  • Ensure completion of clearance processes and proper transfer of documentation.
  • Perform additional HR duties as assigned by the HR & Administration Director.

Collaborate with other sectors:

Work closely and collaboratively with internal colleagues and partners to implement HR programs according to the outcome needed.

Networking and Communication:

Initiate, manage and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. recruiter, government, etc.….).

Work Environment:

  • In Office: 90%
  • Out of Office: 10%
  • Working Days: 5
  • Days off: Friday & Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field HR diploma / HR master’s degree is preferred

Required Experience:

10 years of experience in HR, Admin. At least 2 years in managerial position.

Good knowledge of the:

  • Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
  • HR operational processes and documentation standards

  • Performance management and OKR frameworks
  • Learning and Development coordination and training needs analysis

Required Computer Skills:

Advanced computer literacy with excellent command of MS
