This project provides expanded and high-quality educational services for children aged 1 day to 4 years through:

• Developing the infrastructure, furniture, civil defense, security, and safety equipment for 50 nursery classes affiliated with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Beni Suef and Minya. The classes accommodate around 1,000 students, with an average of 20 students per classroom.
• Raising the efficiency of service providers in early childhood education by providing specialized training for 50 female facilitators and 10 nursery principals in the targeted governorates.
• Increasing the efficiency of 20 employees of the family and children departments in the Ministry of Social Solidarity by providing specialized training in the targeted governorates.
• Enhancing the efficiency of 20 nursery principals and boards of directors of associations by providing specialized training in the targeted governorates.
• Raising awareness of 450 families of the children attending the targeted nurseries.
• Providing food grants to 1,000 families of children attending the targeted nurseries.
• Providing an effective technological management system for nurseries affiliated with the Ministry of Social Solidarity in the targeted governorates.
• Assessing the impact of the project’s activities through the Learning and Strategy Department at Sawiris Foundation for Social Development.
