Benaa: Youth Employment in Caring for the Elderly and those with Chronic disease

The project aims to promote employment opportunities for young men and women in the field of elderly care and managing chronic conditions. This is done by equipping them with the needed skills to provide quality care services in Egypt. The first phase has been implemented, and the second phase (which is ongoing) aims to achieve the following:

  • Provide high-quality training to equip 1,900 young men and women between the ages of 18 and 35 with the needed skills to care for the elderly and manage chronic conditions.
  • Support the employment of at least 70% of the trainees.
