Main Job Purpose:

Develop creative visuals and branding materials for Sawiris Foundation communication channels. This includes digital, print, and web-based designs to ensure cohesive and engaging representation of Sawiris Foundation brand.

Overall Accountabilities:

  • Design layouts for brochures, presentations, and social media
    content.
  • Create branding materials (logos, infographics, banners) aligned with SFSD’s identity.
  • Ensure all communication products comply with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to conceptualize innovative visuals for campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date archive of design assets and publications.
  • Review and refine designs for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other sectors:

  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and service providers for creative production.
  • Assist teams in transforming complex ideas into visually compelling materials.
  • Handle the internal memos, travel requests, as per the assigned projects to be approved by the PR & Communications Director and in alignment with the Sector budget and SFSD internal regulations.

Networking and communication:

  • Review the content and the promotional materials provided by the NGOs, partners, and other stakeholders that are relevant to social media work.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience.

Required Experience:

Excellent knowledge of:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of branding, UI/UX design, and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other animation software.
  • A solid understanding of typography and its role in design.
  • Skills in photography and retouching photos for campaigns.
  • Understanding of pre-press and print production processes, including color theory, resolution, and file preparation.

Required Languages:

Arabic: Native
English: Excellent
