As part of the Sawiris Foundation for Social Development’s commitment to empowering agents of change, the Foundation is working with the Care Egypt Foundation to develop a sustainable program aimed at building the capacities of civil society organizations, maximizing the impact of their activities and services. In March 2023, the project began by developing the ‘CARECAT’ assessment tool, which was used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the training needs for the selected organizations.
