The primary objective of this consultancy is to integrate and mainstream disability inclusion into SFSD’s operations and programs. The results of the consultancy will provide a detailed disability analysis to better understand the barriers, opportunities, and needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring that SFSD’s programs systematically and effectively promote inclusivity, accessibility, and equal opportunities. Additionally, the consultancy will deliver a comprehensive disability mainstreaming strategy, identifying specific targeted and integrated actions to enhance access, participation, and empowerment of persons with disabilities across SFSD’s programs and operations.
